Edward in Oregon wanted us to create this set of 2 chimney caps for him back in late 2013. Here is the set of fabrication photos that I shared with Ed along the way, which I had yet to post until more recently.
A decade later, he contracted with us to make him a taller chimney cap replacement to improve the draw.
I have since gotten a lot of inquiries about this set, since the cost was less than most projects, given there was no crate or freight charge. Given this client was local and was able to install them himself.

I had made an elaborate mailbox for Joe
Talty just last year, and he also wanted this small chimney cap. Torrin ran lead on this project. Originally this was to be shaped like an old fashion school bell tower with a real brass bell. We discussed different styles and options for several months. Then he decided to scrap that idea and go with one of our most popular Tuscany arch designs with a rotating flag finial added. He may still do the school bell tower as a cupola on his upper roof. This cost $4,927.56 delivered to Chagrin Falls Ohio.

Frank Lusk in Sugar Land Texas had first contacted me on 1/23/19 to
start a dialog about making them a unique copper chimney cap to
replace their old rusty pan and flue weather-head. Then about 2
years later he put down money to get on my schedule. He was open to
a few suggestions I wanted to make on this project to make this even
better than he had expected. The inside of the base-skirt is to fit
over their 28" X 45" chimney The cost is projected was $5,932.65
without a crate or delivery, since he wants to come here to pick it
up this Summer.
